1. Acceptance
By requesting a quotation or placing an order with HYU Cable (COAXCABLEOEM), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Quotations & Orders
Quotations are based on the specifications, drawings, and quantities you provide, and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed only after our written order confirmation and receipt of the agreed deposit.
3. Custom Manufacturing & Your Intellectual Property
Products are custom-manufactured to your drawings and specifications. You retain all rights to your designs; we claim no ownership over customer-provided drawings, BOMs, or specifications. You confirm that your designs do not infringe third-party rights.
4. Confidentiality
All technical files you submit are kept confidential and used solely to manufacture your products.
5. Lead Time & Delivery
Samples can be delivered in as fast as 3-5 days, and mass production in 15-25 days after drawing confirmation, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delivery terms follow the Incoterms stated in our quotation.
6. Payment
Payment terms are stated in each quotation. Standard terms are T/T with deposit before production and balance before shipment.
7. Quality & Warranty
Products are manufactured under our quality system and comply with UL / CE / RoHS requirements as applicable. We warrant products against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery. Defective products will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion after RMA review.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the affected order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Customers are responsible for verifying that custom products meet their application requirements before mass use.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes will be resolved through friendly negotiation first.
