Is it a factory?
Do you accept sample order?
A: Yes, we accept sample orders. We also recommend confirming customized samples first before placing formal bulk orders.
Do you accept OEM/ODM orders?
A: Yes, we accept OEM/ODM orders. For oem orders, moq is 100pcs.
What is the order lead time?
A: For small orders and in-stock items, preparation and delivery arrangement can be completed within 3 days. The shipping time depends on your chosen shipping method, ranging from a minimum of 7 days to a maximum of 1 month.
For bulk orders, we need to complete material preparation and production confirmation in advance. The production cycle takes 5 to 21 working days based on order quantity, followed by 1 to 3 working days for product testing and 1 working day for final packaging. A: All our cables are sold with 12-36 months warranty, and for big quantity order, we will offer a bit backup for defective sent with order, f you get faulty more than 5pcs, and less than 0.1%, please contact sales and offer images, and we will solve your problem soon.
